Does Trelovo post replies without my approval?
Only if you turn that on. By default you approve every draft before it goes live. Autopilot is a deliberate per-location choice, with rules you define, for example only for 4 and 5 star reviews.
Won't the replies sound robotic?
Trelovo writes in your brand voice: you set the tone, the signature and provide examples of past replies. Every reply is phrased differently, so your review page keeps reading naturally.
Which review platforms are supported?
We support Google Reviews on every plan and Trustpilot from Pro. More platforms are on the roadmap.
What happens with a negative review?

Is this allowed by Google?
